Ingredients
100gtahini
50mlwatermore or less, depends on how runny you like it
1-2tbsplemon juice
1-2tbspolive oil
1-2cloves of garlicroasted if you like a softer taste
salt & pepper
za'ataroptional
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a blender (or in a bowl by hand). Put in only a little bit of water at first, and add more depending how runny you'd like your sauce.
Notes
Make sure you shake up your tahini container beforehand, sometimes the oils and the solids separate.
