Equipment

  • Blender
  • Pan

Ingredients

  • 80 g oats
  • 40 g protein powder vanilla or some other neutral sweet flavour
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk (plant-based or regular)

Optionally add none, some or all of these flavourings:

  • couple drops of vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Blend the oats into a flour.
  • Add the other ingredients, and blend into a smooth batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat, lightly grease (optional)
  • Add some batter to the pan and cook until little bubbles form on top or until the top is no longer liquid, then flip.

Notes

You can stick to classic sugar, but I like to top them with bananas and some dark chocolate drops. Slice the bananas in small rounds, and slowly fry them in a pan until they get brown and caramelised. Add some cinnamon too if you like!
